  • PHI is handled solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.

  • System logs, file transfers, and user activity data for audit and performance monitoring.

MiraRev retains client data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of service delivery or as required by law. Upon termination of service, data is securely deleted or returned per client agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or trade client or patient data. Information is shared only with:

  • Authorized MiraRev personnel with a need to know.

  • Approved third-party service providers under signed confidentiality or BAA agreements.

  • Legal authorities, if required by law.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any PHI shared with MiraRev is transmitted through approved secure channels and that they have appropriate authorization to share such information.

 

8. Your Rights

Clients may request:

  • Access to their data.

  • Correction of inaccuracies.

  • Deletion or return of data upon contract termination (subject to regulatory retention requirements).
